What we collect

Through the quick quote form (on most pages): your name, phone number and email address, and a message if you add one.

Through the quote form on our service pages: your name and phone number; your email address, if you choose to give one (it's optional on that form); which service you need, chosen from a list; and a message if you add one.

Through the longer form on our contact page: your name and phone number; your email address, if you choose to give one (it's optional on that form); where the house is now; what you need; where it's going, if it's moving; the type of house; whether you've bought it yet; your timeframe; any message you type; and any photos you choose to upload.

When you call: calls may be routed through a call-tracking number, which records the time, duration and the number you called from. If your call goes to voicemail and you leave a message, the voicemail is recorded, transcribed automatically, and the recording and transcript are emailed to our business inbox.

How forms are sent: every form on this site is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which emails your enquiry, any photos and the page you sent it from to our business inbox.

How your details are used and shared

Your details are collected to respond to your enquiry, inspect the house and prepare a quote, and are never used for unrelated marketing. Enquiry details (including any photos, voicemail recording and transcript) are shared with a licensed house relocator so they can quote for the job; they are never sold or sent to multiple businesses.

How we store it

Enquiries, photos, voicemail recordings and transcripts are held by our phone and email providers and in our business inbox. FormSubmit keeps a copy of form submissions for up to 30 days and doesn't keep uploaded photos. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep basic business records.

Analytics

This site may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without identifying you.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email enquiries@townsvillehouserelocation.com, use the quote form (say it's a privacy request in the message) or call 07 4453 4259. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
